Step 1 — Consultation: We start by learning about the mom-to-be — her style, her nursery theme if she has one, the gender of the baby if known, and the overall vibe the host wants to create. We also discuss guest count, venue, and budget.
Step 2 — Custom Design Proposal: We develop a full decoration concept — theme, color palette, balloon design, florals, backdrop, and table styling — and present it for the host's approval before anything is sourced.
Step 3 — Vendor & Venue Coordination: If a venue is needed, we help source and coordinate it. We also manage any additional vendors such as photographers, caterers, or entertainment so the host isn't managing multiple conversations at once.
Step 4 — Setup: Our team arrives early on the day of the shower to complete the full installation. Every element is in place and the space is fully styled before the first guest arrives — including the mom-to-be.
Step 5 — Teardown: After the celebration, we handle complete teardown so the host and family can stay present and enjoy the occasion without worrying about cleanup.

We regularly design baby showers that include a gender reveal moment — balloon pops, confetti cannons, color-reveal setups, and more. If the mom-to-be has a nursery theme, a color palette, or a specific aesthetic — boho, modern minimalist, floral, safari, classic pastel — we design the shower to match it. Do you offer coed baby shower setups as well as traditional showers? Yes. Coed baby showers — sometimes called "baby sprinkles" or "sip and sees" — have become increasingly popular across DFW, and we design setups that work beautifully for mixed-gender guest lists.
