Step 1 — Vision Consultation: We sit down with you to understand your vision, aesthetic, guest count, budget, and timeline. This is where we get to know you as a couple and what this day means to you.

Step 2 — Custom Design Proposal: We develop a full design concept — florals, color palette, lighting, layout, and décor direction — and present it for your review. Nothing moves forward until you love it.

Step 3 — Vendor Coordination: We manage all vendor communication, contracts, and logistics — florists, photographers, caterers, venues, and more — so you're not buried in emails and follow-ups.

Step 4 — Setup & Styling: On the day of your event, our team arrives early to set up and style every element exactly to plan. You show up to a space that's already perfect.

Step 5 — Day-Of Management & Teardown: We run the timeline, manage vendors, and handle every on-the-day detail so you and your family can be fully present. After the celebration, we handle complete teardown.

For weddings, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, particularly for spring and fall dates which are the most popular in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Engagement parties can typically be arranged with 6–8 weeks of lead time, but earlier is always better to secure your preferred vendors and venues.

Do you handle both the planning and the decoration, or can we hire you just for décor? Both options are available. Many couples hire us for full-service planning and decoration, but we also work with couples who have a coordinator and only need our floral and décor team. We scope our involvement to exactly what you need.

Can you work with our venue's preferred vendor list? Yes. We're familiar with many DFW venues and their requirements, and we're experienced working alongside venue-preferred vendors or integrating into an existing vendor lineup. We'll coordinate with whoever is part of your event team.

What is your approach to staying within our wedding budget? We design to your budget from the start — we don't build a dream concept and then try to scale it back. During our initial consultation we establish clear budget parameters, and every proposal we present is built within them. We're transparent about costs throughout the process.

Do you serve venues outside of Dallas city limits? Yes — we cover the full DFW Metroplex including Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Celina, Prosper, Arlington, Irving, Garland, and surrounding areas. If your venue is in the Metroplex or within reasonable distance, we can be there.
