2. Services Offered
SNS Events provides the following services:
- Event Planning & Decoration – Custom packages for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
- Coaching Sessions – One-on-one virtual sessions for event planning guidance and consultation.
- Event Management Sessions – Advisory sessions for clients who need guidance on managing their own events.
- Custom Package Requests – Tailored event packages designed to fit your specific needs and budget.
3. Bookings & Reservations
- All session bookings (coaching and management) require full payment at the time of booking, processed securely through Stripe.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking code.
- Booking slots are not reserved until payment is finalized. SNS Events is not responsible for a slot being taken while payment is pending.
- For event inquiries (non-session services), a member of our team will contact you to discuss details and finalize arrangements.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Reschedule requests for coaching or management sessions must be submitted through your confirmation page using your booking confirmation code.
- Reschedule requests are subject to admin approval and slot availability.
- SNS Events reserves the right to decline a reschedule request if no suitable alternative slots are available.
- We will notify you of the outcome of your reschedule request by email.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in advance by contacting us directly at .
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- SNS Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
6. Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. SNS Events does not store your card or banking information.
7. Virtual Sessions
Coaching and management sessions are conducted via Google Meet. A meeting link will be provided in your confirmation email. SNS Events is not responsible for technical difficulties on the client's end, including internet connectivity issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of SNS Events and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
